Ton Farm is an interactive farming simulator built as a Telegram mini-app, blending tap-to-earn mechanics with futuristic 3D visuals and gamified tokenomics. The ClefDev team was brought in to design the entire user experience — from game logic visualization and UI to a stylized library of animated 3D assets.
The Brief
The project aimed to deliver a Web3-ready casual game that feels sleek, addictive, and instantly playable inside the Telegram ecosystem. With a growing trend toward mini-app ecosystems, it was important to craft something fast, mobile-optimized, and deeply visual — without sacrificing clarity for new users.
Design Highlights
We approached Ton Farm as a hybrid between a tycoon builder and a resource mining simulator. The design process involved:
🧬 Developing a modular, dark-themed UI to support night-time play and reduce fatigue
🧠 Creating smooth UX flows with instant feedback loops and “tap-to-boost” logic
🛠 Designing full 3D models of farms, workshops, generators, ASICs, lootboxes & chips
⚡️ Integrating clean stat displays for mining speed, energy usage, and reward tracking
🎮 Structuring gameplay into scalable zones with unlockable levels and visual progress
📱 Optimizing for mobile-first interaction inside Telegram mini-app environments
Visual Style
Ton Farm stands out for its neon-lit, isometric game aesthetic — a visual style that fuses:
Cyberpunk energy with playful casual gaming UI tropes
A vibrant, yet clean, color-coded interface for mining components
Highly detailed 3D objects for every in-game item, from energy cores to bonus crates
Carefully layered shadows and lighting effects to guide attention and elevate immersion
Outcome
The final result is a fully responsive, Telegram-native Web3 mini-app that offers addictive tap-game mechanics, intuitive economic scaling, and a rich UI/UX experience. From the store to the power station, every screen was built to balance data clarity and game feel.
